Call received from a guy calling himself "Albert" from "Capital Vintners"wanting to tell me how good investing in fine wines would be for me. I tried telling him that I was not interested but he kept interrupting me to the point that I had to be rude to him. There is a legitimate company called Capital Vintners Ltd although I doubt very much if this call was from them as the telephone number is from a location in Pontypool and Capital Vintners Ltd have a contact address in London. Just got a call from Pauline claiming to be from Safe Call Solutions. She wanted to sell a box which would block unwanted market survey and cold calls. The cost would be 96p per week. I told her I would get back to her and the telephone number she gave was 03303530023. However when I dialled 1471, the number was 01273041661.Needless to say after reading other people's comments on this site, I will not be getting back to her.
