This number come up about 4 times a week, they never leave a message. When you try to id the number comes back as not recognised?

Claimed to be from BT and talked about updating the cloud. Suspicious as we don't have anything cloud based with BT.
I received a call from someone who said they were from BT and that they had detected that my BT landline had a low broadband speed... This is unlikely as I don't use BT!!!! This is obviously a scam. But had numerous calls from Asian Trader Magazine wanting to now my mothers maiden name, my primary school. 4 times they have rung now a different person each time.
