This number has been making numerous calls today before 8am. It alternates with a private caller saying they are from Virginmedia. I have checked with the company who have no record of any calls being made to me. Annoying maybe dangerous.

Very insistent woman claiming that I am due a payment because a 3rd party has admitted fault in a car accident in the past 12 months and I am due my excess back. Did not pursue the call but she effectively wanted me to complete a form over the phone and unwilling to send details in the post or elaborate on any information they hold about me. Had a call 12/4/2022 from an Indian man. Muffled the company name he was from several times. Kept calling me "Mr Michael" I asked him for my surname (which he had). He starting saying I had been doing some trading.... Hung up and blocked number.

SCAM Call from Sky technician department! Strong Asian accent. There is a problem with my broadband router. Not with and never have been with sky. Wanted me to load an app on my phone so she could show me what the issue was with the router. Not happening I said. Got accused of arguing with her. Managed to waste 8 minutes of her time before hanging up and blocking.
They knew my name and said they'd been authorised by the government to handle a legal case against FX Trading. I knew it was a fraudulent phonecall when they wanted ID and statements from me. My phone picked up that they were calling from Rome but the man clearly said he was working for the UK government. Very dodgy!

Mobile call.no message so just ignored
Irish traveller scammers, they arrived in a pair to purchase goods with a fake banking app. Used every excuse possible. Probably a burner number but blocked. Sent them away without the goods and they called back trying to “show me the reference number” and arrange a call with bank of Ireland.
