Got 20 calls from this number in one day

Didn't manage to answer the phone but have been receiving scam calls all week and doubt this was someone offering free cakes.

Keep calling me with out leaving a message, when I ring back , machine said I have dill incorrect number

Received this number on my landline and wasn't available to take the call. Rang it bak to see who it was, but the person answering said they do not use this number as they only use mobiles. Bit of a mystery.
