Call centre based in India. They claim that there has been unauthorized activity on the internet from your computer and they will disconnect you unless you pay them. Once they have your credit card details they will take all the money that they can get away with. There are other variations on this to get your credit/debit card details.
I have had a number of calls from this number or one with a similar area code and have answered a few times and got no response. I do not bother picking up anymore.
I didn't listen to the whole message, but it was a recorded message about PPI claims from banks.

wouldn’t answer as nearly all capquest numbers are 07794 986 xxx. It is just the last 3 change around but they are usually around the 250 mark. The chances of anyone else ringing me first thing in the morning off the same number are very very slim indeed!
