Answered phone but didn t speak as I didn t recognise the number - nothing happened for approx 20 seconds and then it started ringing as if I had called them so hung up. Guessing this is a nuisance call/company as no one actually talks!

This number just called me, and despite entries saying this is the Microsoft scam, and other fakey company fakes, this call was from "Go Green Energy Survey", a "genuine government department" wanting to know about my energy usage and supplier. When challenged, they said it was not a survey and they were not selling anything. Then stop wasting my time, stupid call centre man with fake name! Immediately called back, hung up on them.

I had a call from this number the well spoken call handler had my name, email address, home address and membership number. Trying to sell me a product and asked for me my bank account number and sort code. SPAM Have been called several times by this number now. Every time it's the same bloke asking if I'm the homeowner and saying I've obviously taken advantage of the govt offer of lift insulation, about 10years ago. Despite me telling him (every time) that I don't HAVE a loft I still get these spam calls. If I try to get a word in sideways I get cut off. It's becoming harassment now.
