Scam to say you need to pay a Royal Mail fee and action will be taken if you do not pay - I have not ordered anything which is why I know it’s a scam
Automated call; supposedly from bank, but no name of bank mentioned. Two allegedly suspicious transactions mentioned. followed by a press-button menu. When I called my genuine bank it was confirmed there were no suspect transactions.

Tries to say you are charged with a criminal offence and that you will be arrested as you didn't pay your tax. On background you can definitely hear a call center. When I asked him to confirm his name he just said one and then he hanged up
