the caller just rang off and Ion calling the number back the number was unobtainable. Simply a scam caller.

Called, left no message. Country code 54 is Argentina. Seems unlikely the call really was from there, they are about 5 hours behind UK, it would be about 5am there.

I have managed to confirm that calls from this number are from a company debt management company called Stephenson Drake (www.stevensondrake.com. They operate by automated cold calling your number. You will either hear silence or a message asking if you are having problems with debt.
