Received a call from Smart Media advising our business had paid for their services to list on Google Maps in July 2019. Complete bull as payment has never been made to this company (or anything similar), the date simply is when our business was incorporated so freely available information. I politely advised they were clearly dodgy and hung up.

Left voicemail twice saying from MHRC and was filing law suit. I called back and asked who they were, said his name was Olivier and was case officer at HMRC. Asked him where he was calling from, he said 100 Parliament Street, London. I said I doubted that. He said f**k off motherf**ker and hung up!
Wife received a call from this number purporting to be Amazon support, advising that they had identified a problem on her account (in this case an order for an iPhone @ £499 which was being sent to an unusual address). Before I got involved they had asked her to install TeamViewer on her phone to "help her connect to the Amazon security system". Fraud was an automated message saying a tax fraud case was open in my name. said i had to press 1 to connect to a HMRC person and that if I didn't the case will be actioned and i 'will be arrested shortly'
Scamming bastards with an electronically generated voice, that I only listened to on answerphone, when it got to "There is a legal enforcement on your national insurance number ..." [sic] the message was deleted and the number blocked.
Claiming to be from HMRC stating tax fraud has been registered to my name. Then requests you to press 1 to be connected. This is a works phone so not even registered to a person, rather a company.

I do not know anyone or work with any business in Liverpool and the caller left no message so I am assuming tele-marketing or a scam. Either way it’s unwelcome and number now blocked.
