I have a Sky and 02 contract, different phones. I had a call from this number purporting to be 02 on my Sky phone; took me a while to realise! Offered me a 45% discount on my bill for 2 years with no catches??? Spoke in an Indian accent, very fast, so not easy to understand. Asked for my full name, which I queried as he was supposed to have my account records. However, not giving anything away, I did so but he misspelled everything. Foreign people in a call centre, I told them my email had been hacked and used to sign up to crypto currency and for them to delete my details. He laughed down the phone at me and called me ignorant for not wanting to discuss how I could make money. No matter how many times I block the number they come back with another one and use mobile numbers as well

I assume this was a phishing attempt as the automatic message claimed to be from "my bank" (no specific bank mentioned) warning me of an Amazon debit and a large international transfer. Press 1 to speak to an "advisor".

Answered call which then played pre-recorded message purporting to be about amazon prime renewal and to press 1 if I didn't wish to renew. I asked the caller how he had my number as it wasn't the one associated with my amazon account (it was but knew I was being played) - he then told me to f£&@ off you f&£@£)£ idiot and hung up.

Man calling about a medical pendant. May have been harmless but he was very evasive when I asked where he got my phone number (we're not on any lists and don't get cold-called much). He seemed to be reading from a script and looking up the answers, as there were long gaps between my asking a question and his reply. I told him I was going to hang up and did so.

No longer do I speak when I answer a number not familiar. If it's a cold call, they will speak first. If it's someone who knows me, they will speak if I don't. This one just hung up, so I can deduce it was an unsolicited and unwanted call and blocked them.
