Call received from a male with an Indian accent stating he was calling from Aviva, but his English was very bad and I said I couldn't understand him and asked for someone else to ring me if important. So far no response. There was a lot of chatter in the background and he didn't speak immediately when I answered the call.

Insurance SPAM This number and very similar numbers have been calling me daily for a couple of weeks. I have missed the previous calls but answered today. A very well spoken man said he was calling from some company (I didn't catch the name) to do with my Scottish Widows life insurance. I had a call from this number yesterday the caller said he was from British Gas to arrange a service I wasnt convinced that he was genuine and I asked him how I could be sure that he was from British Gas he immediately hung up Although this is a genuine BG number scammers can mimic numbers to make it look like the call is legitimate I will log into my British Gas account when I want to book my HomeCare service

SPAM Caller will ring your phone and then hang up upon hearing your voice but if you try to call the number back it is not recognised and an automated voice will say 'check the number and dial again', even though it just called you, my advice is not to answer and block instantly.
This number has been calling once or twice per day for a while now. Never leaves a message. Flags up on my android phone as "Potential Fraud"
