they sent me an email claiming i will be charged £375 for Norton antivirues renewal. I called them they said they will need to take me through the process of cancellation which involved me being on the computer to fill in the cancellation form. However when I started the process I immediately suspected it was scam and called them out for being scammer. SCAI was called from this number this morning. I had to ask twice who was calling but the caller's accent was so difficult to make out I still don't know where it was from. I did catch something about them submitting a compensation form on my behalf - something I have not done or requested. It all sounded very suspicious so I said they had the wrong number then hung up. I really wish something could be done to put a stop to these constant cold calls. It is unacceptable.

Call claimed to be from Vodafone retentions department promising me a 40% discount, asked me a bunch of security questions and then asked me to read him the code from a password reset email that he had triggered on my Vodafone account. This apparently would enable him to send me the priority app so I could access 5G calls and VIP features. Alarm bells at this point. I said I'd call him back then checked with Vodafone. They confirmed that this is not a number they use and not to give out any information. SC

01992 466466 called. Automated voice saying that it was from the fraud department and that £900 pound was being taken out of my account for a visa debit payment. Had so many of these defo fraud.

SCAM Caller ID identified the call was from Bishops Stortford. The caller said he was from O2 offering a 30% discount on my tariff. I had received the same call minutes earlier from a number that was 2 digits different - 01279906021 Disconnected the call & reported it and the number to the ICO

Claimed to be energy survey company. When told we were not interested and to delete our details, the caller said "you c**t". Not the attitude to have regardless if it was genuine or spam.

I had a phone call re banking and I think this is a scam

Pretending to be Three mobile - was rude and abusive when I told them that I was taking three to court due to previous levels of service, so I knew they would not be marketing me and that this is a scam. Asian call centre using UK phone numbers. BEWARE!
