Claiming to be Hammersmith police station over bank card fraud, check lots of bank acc details, then say when the call is finished a dialling tone sounds and to dial one's bank customer advice. This takes you through to another fraudster claiming to be your bank who takes more details then says they are transferring you to the serious fraud office. No 02089812271 Claimed to be from BT saying they were calling about our BT broadband when pushed they asked for a MR Haslam. We do not have a BT provided broadband service. I presume it was the start of some form of scam. The caller was a female with a foreign accent so I guess this may be a spoofed london number and the call may have originated from abroad!!

Three mobile impersonators. Very convincing and only triggered to be a scam when tried to charge me upfront on my card.

Didnt introduce himself, asked for me by name, said he was calling about my debts ( I dont have any so knew he was lying) I asked him to tell me about my debts, he said I was to tell him. I asked if he was a moron and he said " you are a moron debter" . Told him I would report him to the police and have blocked his number... this is most certainly a scammer. Elderly folk beware!!!

Well spoken scammer who will try to trick you into giving out personal details. Didn't know my name. Claimed to be from Local Energy Supplier which has got to be one of the laziest, crappiest made up authority names I've ever heard. Will hang up the instant he realises it's not going anywhere.

I've had two calls from this number on my work mobile. I missed the first attempt but answered the second a few minutes ago. She claimed to be calling from Curry's PC World in London and gave a London post code. Strange then to have a number with an Edinburgh area code! It appears that it's trying to sell phones. Very noisy call centre and a very bad line indicating that the call was coming from overseas, probably India judging by the accent. Block the number so you're never bothered by it again.

Amazon SCAM call phishing for your details. Automated call, apparently from “Amazon” saying I had placed an order to be delivered to a different address to mine for £749.00. The activity was suspicious so blocked my account. Logged into my Amazon account using the official app and there is no such activity.

I have just signed up for Lyca Mobile - I have been cyber attacked. I am about to request a freedom of information request from them Google , Youtube, etc have made me change my passwords, and I getting fake calls from amazon Prime asking for failed direct debit payments

" I clicked the link anyway and the browser blocked it saying it was unsafe. Are the Russians trying to scam us now?

It was a recorded message saying "this is your bank. three withdrawals have been made on your card this morning...." and went on to list various sums. No name of bank, no name of card or card holder. The number used is not listed by my bank. Very suspicious.
