Received a call from this number claiming to be Microsoft saying that they've detected a problem with my computer and asked if I can switch on my computer. I refused and challenged them; caller eventually put me onto their "supervisor" and he asked me if I understood the nature of this call from Microsoft today but I told him that I didn't believe he was and he said "OK then f**k off" and I replied "Likewise" and hung up. Phoned a number for a child under 10, would have to assume spam or at the least highly suspect.

Suspected automated scam phone call. Claiming to be Amazon confirming purchase of Iphone 13 on my account. Says if you didn't order stay on the line no doubt you get though to someone asking for account/bank details. I just ended call and blocked. My Amazon account does not have this order on it so all okay.

Calling alleging they're from Currys PC World then mentioning my mobile phone provider and talking about new deals on handsets. Doesn't make any sense at all and totally trying to scam me.

I received an automated call from this number 01634256271 at 12.43 on 20.01.23. The message reported two large purchases made on my account. It asked me to press 1 to stop them (which I did not do). I hung up. They haven't called back - yet. This is almost certainly a scam/con business and should be closed down.

bit of a strange one, sounded like one of those scamming call centres judging by the noise in the background, this call came a few days after my google account was accessed by someone and google locked it down, seemed legit at the time but on second thoughts was a strange one, didn't really ask for any personal info so maybe I'm wrong but strange all the same, also they never called be back like they were asked to, so I will put it on here anyway since it may be linked to the hackers maybe might help someon

Suspect! Late night Sunday - supposedly a business number. Beware

Man with strong Indian accent calling himself "Daniel", claiming to be calling from "Microsoft Encarta" and saying that hackers had infected my PC, so he'd need access to it. A complete criminal scam. I told him I needed to go and get my computer, then left him waiting for ages until he eventually hung up. Number now blocked & reported to ICO.

SCAM I think received 2 calls so far, doesn’t connect just comes up as a missed call….. no idea who or what it is
