Apparently, a recent survey has revealed that the insulation in our loft is illegal, and if we do not replace it, we will be fined by the Government. When asked how thesurvey was completed. Call received 14.30 on 17/4/2023. Recorded message purporting to come from a bank fraud prevention team (no bank named) alleging that two suspicious requests had been received for payments from "your account" (no account details given). No evidence of unexpected activity in my accounts. SPAM.

Do not be duped into calling this number. Lady with English accent saying she was an energy advisor for my area, calling from an "energy hub" (whatetever that might be). When I managed to stop her (clearly reading from a script) I aksed her precisely what organisation she was calling from. She went silent and hung up.
