Halifax Bank have never been the problem - much of the people, representing and procedures, incompetences and lack of getting things done Halifax have adopted however, including Baljit, are what give Halifax Bank a bad reputation.

SCAM / SPAM Stated they were associated with the national lottery and I had entered into a competition prize draw. Absolute tosh. Said I never entered anything and not to call me. As soon as I said this they hung up. Dont be fooled by these scammers trying to get your bank details.

SCAM This is a scam call claiming to be from Microsoft and telling me that my computer is highly compromised and they need to secure it. Yet they called my nans old landline which I wanted to keep when they house was sold following my uncles death so I had it redirected to my phone. I know this is a scam as they used my uncles name and he had been dead since 2020 so there is no way his computer was sending them any reports

Even after rejecting the call as a precaution, within a couple of seconds the number was ringing me again, this happened seven times.

Tried calling back to see who they were, line just went dead.

ABSOLUTE NUISANCE, FINALLY ANSWERED, WISH I NEVER BOTHERED! PERSISTENT P.P.I. PEST. TOLD NOT TO RING BACK & THAT I'M ON TPS LIST. EVEN HAD ANSWER FOR THAT! JUST HAD TO CUT OFF IN THE END! DON'T ANSWER!

Virginmedia has fraudulent staff trying to get all personal details beware!

This number Call me up, and let it ring once, and then lay on again. They probably want me to Call back, so that they can send me a big bill for an imaginary service that they claim to provide.
