SCAM / SPAM Just had a recorded call from 01274 018992 claiming to be from HMRC saying there is a tax fraud case lodged against me. I have to press 1 to speak to an agent. If I don't press 1 the warrant will be issued immediately. Load of tosh, not how HMRC handles fraud anyway! There is however a large processing centre in Shipley (Bradford) which is the area code in the number so the unsuspecting may think it's genuine.
