Robot voice recording, it was already half way through playback before I picked up, but I caught enough to see that they were implying that they were an investigating officer. Sure you are mate.
SCAM not Not answer as it then programs your number into the system and you will get charged every time they call you. I have bloced the number as I called it from a prepaid sim card that I keep in an old phone for just this purpose. It is a phone number verification call.

I have been getting calls from 4 different people from this company for several months. When I tell them the person doesn t live here they get offensive and aggressive and tell me they will ring me all day everyday until I give them the details. There is a offensive young man a rude woman and a Scots man you cannot understand shouts at you when you say the person doesn t live here. It is making me ill. 2

Typical of the underhand tactic increasingly used by unscrupulous companies seeking to extract money using threats.
