Silent call from your map this is showing as Blackpool. When I rang it back, it was Crown DoubleGlazing again. I had another silent call a week ago from a Greater Manchester number, also Crown Double Glazing. I don’t need double glazing, have full double glazing fitted, and have not looked for double glazing for 20 years. My windows were fitted a few years ago from someone by verbal recommendation. So don’t know how they have obtained my home ex directory home number.
This is a scam - called claiming to be HMRC. Look on HMRC website they discuss this in more details.

When called there is an American voice recorded message "Your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line & you will be transferred to next available agent..." It then plays music while caller holds. Long wait times, if you get connected to the agent. This seems to be a growing trend with different numbers continually changing. Potential fraud or scam.

Was able to verify person was from sky by asking them information about my account and login on to the online mysky portal and verifying it (correct information about how long I'd been a customer, what my package was, when my direct debit went out and how much it was discounted). Was a phone call to try and upsell products.
