Fraud SPAM SCAM Told that I am being called from Visa Security Department saying that there has been a fraudulent purchase made for around £900 from my amazon or ebay account and whether I want to stop this fraudulent payment when no such purchase has been made or is even pending from my bank account. Think this is a scam. Caller was from London but stating he was the local Safety Officer and we are in the Midlands. Did ask for person by name who was not available. Said he would send an email. Not convinced this is genuine.

For the last 3 to 4 weeks, this number repeatedly calls during the day and leaves no message when unanswered. As I work nights, this generally wakes me but they don't stay on the call long enough for me to answer. I do not know anyone in the Pontypridd area and am not expecting any calls.
Hotel Resorts again using a local number for robo calls. I block them, and very quickly they change their called ID info to another local number.
