Rang today, when I asked why they had called me and how they received my mobile number he just continued with PPI refund speech. Again I explained that I don t have loans or a mortgage so he then began to question me as to if I knew what PPI was as I must have signed up for it. Rude and don t take no for an answer so next time they call I am going to blow a whistle down the ear piece of my phone.

Just got one. Calling about my "minor road collision" I haven t had one so this is definitely illegitimate. When I asked who was calling they rang off. The chap was definitely Scottish so this probably is being run out of ScotlandEdinburgh. Thought we had laws against it!

Have been calling me frequently over the past few months, using variations of this number so blocking the number isn t much help. He wanted to talk to the person who deals with electricity bills, so I asked him whether he meant the business or home account. I don t think he understood me, got mildly aggressive, so I repeated myself until he said the business account. Then I said "well our business is a boat, it doesn t use gas or electricity, so unless you can supply me red diesel at a competitive rate there is nothing you can do for me." Hopefully I won t hear from him again.

SCAM This number is called me as a HMRC, some tax is under my name and if I don’t push number 1 button on my phone, and don’t sort it, will be arrested soon.
Called us 3 times to sell iPhone 14 pro max plus 256 gb for £35 a month with unlimited minutes, and texts + 1000 International minutes and free roaming abroad. It seemed to be fishy as £35 x 24 months= £840 while the same phone on its own from pc world currents on its own is £1250 - they say they are phoning from pc world currys -and the email they sent seemed flawed. They wanted us to pay about £39 delivery and our bank details for direct debit - but seemed dodgy so just ended the call.
