Blocked because unusually long number, and unsolicited.
This number appears to be from 2Touch, a direct marketing company. In my case they were calling on behalf of EDF Energy in response to a complaint, so it was a legitimate call.

Man with a thick Indian accent rang claiming to be from BT ringing about the internet slowing down at the house. He had my name and address and postcode. When I asked what my account number was he reeled off a number (which later check was wrong). I said I’d call by back and he gave me an 0333 number saying it was BT customer service. Rubbish! Very clever scammers trying to gain access to your internet where they can steal your bank details etc

LGML is actually Lilygen Marketing Ltd based in Manchester, ran by Pamela Parkes. The telemarketers are not scammers per se, they just cold call people to encourage fraudulent personal injury claims by pretending to know of some accident you had in the past 3 years. Do NOT trust these people; if you get caught, you re the only one in danger of imprisonment for insurance fraud!
Almost certainly a scam call. These calls use spoofed numbers, originate outside the UK and are untraceable. NEVER GIVE ANY INFORMATION to an unknown caller. NEVER TRY TO RET...
