First they called tried to confirm that the were speaking to the person they were calling for. Annoyingly they would read back my address. Then they would ask if they could do a short survey. another time they have an Indian accent and sometimes they have an English accent. Sometimes Indian man. They just phoned my elderly father-in-law on his land line and luckily my husband had just arrived at the house when they phoned.
