SPAM AVOID Indian call centre could barely understand them sounded like they were saying they're from a phone company. When I demanded to know how they'd got my number they hung up.

You will either hear silence or a message asking if you are having problems with debt. This is a NHS reminder call for a hospital appointment 2 weeks ahead of date. They woke me up at 10pm when I had just fallen asleep so are a nuisance call. They call several time before the date of appointment, they are a nuisance.
