They called at 7am and said I committed tax fraud and that there was a warrant out for my arrest. I’m not old enough to be able to do taxes so fake call.
Got a call today from this number. The guy didn t introduce himself but said he was from Google marketing and wanted £180 to put my page on a first page search. (I do this myself already). I said I could do what he was offering for next to nothing and at that point the caller got aggressive, I hung up him. He s obviously a chancer trying to scam people out of money. Yet another sad fool giving Manchester a bad name. I will be reporting him to Google.

Automated voise message saying they are from "HMRC" and apparently I have a "tax fraud case against my name" and I'm to press 1 to be connected to the officer dealing with the case. Failure to press 1 or if the call does not connect will mean "I will be arrested shortly. Definitely did not press 1!

I informed him I am on the Telephone Preference list and he said he would take me off his database but still persisted with his sales pitch. I had to stop the conversation and say "good bye"! Do not tell him if you have an alarm or give your address. Could be a scam. I cannot find any listing of this phone number on the internet relating to a company - genuine or otherwise.
