They asked for an entry fee to get our bank card number, took the entry fee then 3 days later took more money. SCAM man calling himself Ryan said he was from Virgin Media, asking about my internet connection. Sadly I get scam callers daily, I can tell if it's going to be a proper business call or a scammer by the amount of time it takes to connect, if it takes some time then I know its connecting to a scam call centre on the Indian continent, I can predict they will have an Indian accent and an English Christian name.

Rang me about a valid accident looking to take a statement - I declined as they did not know my real name or address. Seemed very dodgy and was given advice that I did not have to give a statement to anyone but the Police.
I was called from this number and the caller was very insistent / pushy about the fact that I MUST be owed PPI compensation otherwise they would not be calling. They required bank / credit card details and when I said I had already received compensation from my bank, the call was terminated by them without explanation.
SPAM Claims to be HMRC regarding a fraud case against me. Not legitimate, do not answer this call.

We are ex-directory and registered with TPS. This number called us at 7.15 a.m today, 7.45a.m and then continually throughout the day.mwe have had to disconnect our land line because of them . They should be sued. We are disgusted by this harassment.
