This is a recorded message saying that 2 transactions have been made on my account withdrawing around £1500. It's was obviously a scam so I just put the phone down. I often wonder what their mums think!

Phoned out blue, saying following up a previous enquiry I’d made once about investments. Said not a sales call but called themselves ?BT Marketing? I’m currently looki at investments. So let the call run. Pleasant polite lady. Asked if they could pass my details onto a tech investment firm, to send me more info. I felt extra info may be useful, so gave permission. However, contact info they had for me was a very old email address. She reassured me they would not pass my details to anyone else. (We’ll see).

This is either a scam or someone trying to sell something. When type the number in on google, it comes up with a man named Jake Stacey. They said they were from HMRC. That I was due a refund due to my tax on a ppi claim. I have never claimed on a ppi form. I asked them to put the information in the post, they declined saying they don’t use the post. I then said we’ll send me an email and if you are HMRC you will have my email address. They then said if I changed my mind to phone them. Very strange

SCAM I was phoned by this number today. It was a crackly line and the woman said she it was a bank call telling me that there were 2 suspicious payments from my bank account today. One for £300 and one for £3000. There were nos to press to agree to the payments or a number to speak to someone. I ended the call and then redialled the number registered, but it said that it was an incorrect number.

SCAM It's a scam, they have your email and name from some kind of attack and they say you have cryptocurrency. And if you recall that. I never had. They say the name of the company is blockchain database but that it doesn't have a website. When I said all of this sounded very suspicious (and they even asked me why) the reply I got was 'Damn!" and they hang up.
