Not on contact list, phoned but left no voicemail so I’m assuming this was a nuisance call, if it was a genuine caller they normally leave voicemail, I only pickup calls if they are proven numbers in my contact list.

Had around 10 calls in 4 days. When answered initially call was quiet for 5 seconds then went dead. Blocked it but a pain in the arse.

Fraud - text link pretending to be an EVRI delivery tracker
First they called tried to confirm that the were speaking to the person they were calling for. Annoyingly they would read back my address. Then they would ask if they could do a short survey. another time they have an Indian accent and sometimes they have an English accent. Sometimes Indian man. The English accent one wanted to know if there was central heating in the house. she went straight into the question despite me telling her she had the wrong name and number. Called a 99 year lady for a second time in 4 days stating it was a government call thankfully the lady had her wits about her and intercommed me (scheme manager) to come and take over the call. When I mentioned who I was the caller immediately hung up
Lady with strong Indian Accent from Virgin Media technical said that hackers had got into my router (a hidden problem that affected other users too, not just me), and wanted to check it for me. I confirmed independently by dialling 150 and entereling my password. I was told that no technician had called my phone today, so it was either a phishing call or some attempt to gain control of my online device(s).

This number phones for 2-3 rings then hangs up. If you block them they then use another 0843 and different numbers.
