Got called, my name and email were known to the caller.. claimed the FTX bankruptcy affected me and suggested i could regain my funds in crypto.. wanted to know if i had a wallet. I'm pretty sure i do not have any money outstanding, or lost any due to any bankruptcy. Voiced my skepticism, got called by a "manager" after, same story.. even less trust due to impatience and the voice calls without anything in email or regular mail. Banking SCAM Computer generated voice informs that your bank has received spending requests along the lines of £300 to Amazon and £1100 international transfer and asks you to respond by pressing buttons on your keypad. Standard unimaginative phishing attempt and easily spotted.

This is my house telephone number in Oswestry Shropshire. A 90 year old lady in some distress phoned me on this number today to ask why I had been contacting her. She told me she lives in Eastbourne and had been contacted from a number purporting to be from this one asking for finacial information. I explained I had not phoned her but it was probably a phishing scam and suggested she blocked it. I feel I needed to report this scam and this number on her behalf. Scum does not adequately label these people.
SCAM Got 2 calls today, first one at 8am with a man with a indian accent who wasn't sure what name to call the caller and second one a woman more confident but as soon as I said that I was going to report her number at Action Fraud she started to panic. I made her believe that she was recorded and she change her tone of voice to terminate the call asap. Seems that they only hire Indian people behind this number.

I didn't do it but I did check with my accounts and it appears to be a scam. As they didnt say which Credit company either. Plus surely they wouldn't use a mobile phone either. They would use land line to ring from. Plus an email or text.

SCAM. Probably from the same source as 1656737322, a call to my landline. The well spoken, but recorded voice, told me that two suspicious transactions had been noted on my account (no introduction as to who she represented) and that I should take one of two actions. Either press "1" to cancel them or "2" to speak to a service advisor. I left the call open for ten minutes but there was no further communication from the caller. Why Bridgend exchange? I have no idea.
This number called today at 07.36 and claimed to be from Microsoft. The person with an Asian accent told me my computer has been compromised and said have you herd of hackers. I asked for an email to confirm it was Microsoft but he reassured me it was and trust him he has details of my computer security number, we went round incircles a bit, then I put the phone down. 10secons later he called back asking why I put the phone down as I new he was genuine but called me from a different number02088884827.
