Someone in Hong Kong, China used this phone number as job reference check purpose. This person tried to deceive the company for salary with his Fake CV, experiences and reference letter.
Was called up by a scam callcenter that told me that there was a problem with a payout from my life insurance, They had my name and phone number, but everything else was very clearly not legit so not the most professional scam I've seen.

I asked where my data came from he said "UKRI" (United Kingdom Insurance Limited) about whom he gave a lengthy description. Scammers looking for easy victims. In my case he pretended to be from Currys PC World offering great deals. The very moment you confront them they start swearing and hang up.
This number is a scammer talking from an automate robot saying the persona called is going to be arrested for tax fraud and so on. And so invite you to press 1 (which I highly recommend not to) before they take any actions.

Not sure what this was about. I answered and it went silent then someone said hello, knew my email address. Something about a transfer payment being stuck and verifying my data in regards to ID fraud. I had an echo on the line, couldn't hear properly. Caller had strong accent, possibly French. Had a call from a male from this number yesterday asking about my Covid vaccination status and what life insurance I had. I told him that I was not willing to disclose this information to him and he got quite annoyed so I put the phone down. Have had another call from the same number this morning about debt management from what sounded like the same person but he used a different name. I told him I wasn't interested and stopped the call. Number is now blocked.

I've worked in customer service multiple times, one thing I've been told which is common sense is not to spam our customers with calls, maximum I'd call is 2 times for a single customer then stop. Whoever's number this is has been calling everyday for the past few weeks which is 100% a scam.
