Very rude. Very bad. Wouldn’t tell me who was calling. Just wanted me to confirm my name with a yes or no. When I would not say yes or no and just kept asking who was calling, she said well you can piss off! and put the phone down on me. Don’t ever say yes or no on the phone - they record it and use it as approval for trying to get into accounts etc.

Man with Pakistani accent (no name given) said my computer is giving me trouble. It is, as it's refusing to boot up. He also said it is a laptop, correct again.
