I made the mistake of ordering a kitchen appliance from Boots Kitchen Appliances / AO. Within a day I d received 8 sales calls. Do not give these people your number. Not even for "delivery purposes". Calls every day around 8am - luckily I have my phone on mute at this time. Message left says they?re calling from Lloyds Banking Group (Lloyds/Halifax/BoS/MBNA/Sainsbury?s Bank etc.). I?ve never banked with any of these outfits so best guess is scam.

4 times today they hung up on three without speaking unable to call back so rude

Caller said he was from Microsoft. Said that my PC had been compromised by hackers. After leading him on for a while I asked him straight if he was after money. He said that he was trying to help but then threatened to lock up my computer. I hung up.
