"Mark from Windows Support" called me to tell me that my computer had been attacked by a virus. I was pretty sure at that point, because most of the time it is up to you to call the company if you have a problem with your computer and not the other way around. Number had hung up by the time I got to the phone (about 5 or 6 rings). Checked my phone contacts and it isn't a number that's called me before or one I have called.

Rang offering 3 months free extra accidental injury cover before paying for Bronze, Silver or Gold policy extension. Had my birthdate. Offered to set this up on the phone,..told him to send me the info in the post and I d think about it. Sounded OK but not 100% sure.
