Telephone number 07451216084 rang. Automated call advising of high payments to Visa account and wanting me to press a number on my phone to check account. Total scam so terminated call! Do not engage with these types of unsolicited calls!

SCAM. The caller was a woman claiming to be based in Cape Town, South Africa. She further claimed to be from the energy company – E.ON – that supplies me with electricity. She knew or guessed my first name, and asked for confirmation of details of my name and mailing address. However, she did NOT ask for – nor did she receive – my e˗mail address, my account number, or any bank or credit card or debit card details. Furthermore, she did not ask for immediate payment. Have nothing to do with this number.

Offering loan ,insisting a lot ,depositing money in your account and after asking to transfer money in a personal bank account to can release the loan.Barclays told me coz I never didn’t had that loan in my account £3150 and they never called me ,so is a scam.Do not give the personal details.

When enquired, came up with nonsense which made no sense. Asked for network provider, my name, and starting asking family names. Of course gave fake names and realised I knew they were scammers. Was rung by this number - automatic voice message regarding my supposed visa account having no money in it, £95 aparantly taken. Cut off the call. Checked banking - no such issue. Scam call. Hard as its a local number so elderly when seeing number would possibly assume local bank.

This number contacted & said press 1 for legal help. This is 100% spam!

Messaged to inform me of a delivery I missed from EVRI. With a link to re-book a delivery time. I went to the official website to track my delivery, and the number on the message that the suspected scammer gave is not recognised. Also I checked my CCTV and no-one had tried to deliver anything.

"David", in his very difficult-to-understand accent, said he was calling from '3' about upgrading my phone. Do I have an iPhone or a Samsung? I don't even have a contract with 3, so this has got to be some sort of scam. I rang off.

Message left on answerphone saying subscription for my amazon prime account was about to be paid from my bank. I dont have a prime account! Beware!
