They are an approved EE 3rd party, but seem very unprofessional asking me for security details on an outbound call, goes completely against DPA, unless this has changed in recent years.
SCAM / SPAM Text to say it was the HSBC saying that an approved payee was added and a link if this wasn't right. Don't even have an account with them.

SCAM-Was at work. Don’t know anyone in Rotherham so ended call and blocked immediately. & from look of feedback glad I did. I am getting scam e mail attempts daily. Trying to tempt me under differing guises either offering loyalty points or entering me in competitions . Most say from Curry’s but now they are piggy backing e mail contacts of mine masquerading as them and trying to get me to click on links of photos they sent. They get around the block facility. SCAM / SPAM Received text purporting to be from Paypal stating" PayPal:Your account has been restricted due to a failed payment. Olease Login at https://Paypal.usersecurity-ref018.com?p=4 to remove any pending restrictions" Of course I did not respond but simply forwarded the message and number to my service provide on 7726 who state they will log it and investogate. My paypal account remains unaffected.

Man calling about a medical pendant. May have been harmless but he was very evasive when I asked where he got my phone number (we're not on any lists and don't get cold-called much). He seemed to be reading from a script and looking up the answers, as there were long gaps between my asking a question and his reply. I told him I was going to hang up and did so.

The grammar and punctuation told me it wasn’t my son as he never uses punctuation. Very dodgy My son and myself are in the UK the map shows this number is Russian origin. Beware
