It is LBM in Altrinchm, they re out-sourced by 02. They call anyone who applies for an 02 Pay as You Go sim card to see if they can offer you a SIM only plan or Mobile Phone Contract, take you through credit checking then take card details if you are successful. They are not 02 but do either represent or work on behalf of 02. If they say they are passing you through to a manager its really just a sale guy who is good at objection handling who will try and close the sale : )

Typical pattern: "We called you x-months ago & you agreed to place advertising with us in a crime prevention booklet" & when I denied the call their first line was, "But we have recorded evidence" (great business approach to customer relationships & satisfaction!). Insurance. Very suspicious. The caller claimed to be calling about renewal of an insurance policy on my washing machine. He sounded convincing until he said he wanted to confirm my bank details. I asked him to tell me what details he had and he said he didn't have that information and wanted me to give them to him. Naturally, I refused to do this and he quickjy terminated the conversation. This is probably an attempted fraud.

I explained to her not to ring me if she dosnt know who shes talking to, and she even had the gaul to try to make me answer security questions first,haha. I politely told her not to ring me again and told her to P-Off but i did explain what the initial P stood for. She did then say she would remove my number from her list. hopefully

Firt I was polite, then I screamed as loud as I could a few times, then the final straw I lost it and swore, screamed, shouted and acted like a crazy man! The caller refered me to his supervisor where I carried on acting possessed and he eventually took me off the call loop! Only time will tell if I m actually off it!
