The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. This company called Digital Mail Ltd needs to be stopped, can t someone do something about these calls? This company ca

Fraud - supposed to be 'national crime agency' to tell me about suspicious activity on my National Insurance number and so it's "being suspended".
I couldn t understand much of what they were trying to say, on the 3 calls. Line with lots of cuts, so I didn t felt much comfortable with the call looking as some sort of scheme.

SCAM I answered as it was a landline (Cambridge location) Automated voice message apparently from HMRC warning of possible tax investigation - then to press 1 to transfer. I hung up at that point so did not hear the other options.

These people just lie and tell you you have money due back on your rates when you don t! They sound very genuine at first but when you check with valuation office they say that it is a scam. Stay clear

Automated call Recieved a call from this number threatening it was a Fraud investigation giving me a reference number then directing me to press one to get through to an agent.
