According to who-called me this is a silent call. It could well be a known scam where someone phones you and leaves no message and is silent, or just lets the phone ring for a very short while to try to get you to call them back, charging you a premium rat

Caller said he was from Sky (my ISP) and the call was about internet connection. There is no reason for Sky to call me from Birmingham, and certainly not with a long delay after I had answered the phone, and definitely not with a strong non-British accent.

I've naturally opted out so will wait and see what happens. Doubt it would work if I had witheld my number so I allowed my number to be visible.
