Called a couple of times after I had a car accident. Didn t answer. I am NOT a member of rac and suspect it is some sort of sales /nuisance call following me speaking to my own insurance company regarding my vehicle collision. Pretty sneaky to be honest

Answered this random call to my mobile, automated message saying that a charge had been made against my name from the inland revenue. Ridiculous, I called back to challenge them. A foreign man answered saying HMRC can I help you? I asked why they called me, he asked if he could have my name. I said no. He said You had better get ready to be arrested, Ms ....... (using my name, which I hadn t given), then hung up. Vile scum.

I am totally sick of this company ringing my house. Been going on for more than three years now and I am sick of asking them not to keep calling my house. Some times they call up to 6 times a day. They rang yesterday and then hung up before I got to phone. I rang 1471 and I have numerous problems with my arms and hands and pressed 3 by mistake and returned the call. Now I have been charged an extra ?7 pound on my bill for that call. Not happy.

PPI. They said it was called HELP YOUR CLAIM. I asked to speak to the manager and told them that my phone was registered to not receive cold calls, and asked them where they got my number from. They asked for my email address so they could let me know where they obtained my number from. I refused to give it, as next thing they will be sending me emails too. Now using 0161 850 1033 same story,they and others pressurisng my wife to make a claim following a minor car accident 2 years ago. I grabbed the phone and told them to drop it I would be taking action. Reported to ICO.org.uk and blocked the number. My business suffered through fraudulent claims and people need to make a stand against these parasites
