They ask for the person responsible for your Electricity and the government guidelines that come into place, I explained the person does not wish to speak to you. Received a call from 02039741025 and when I answered I was greeted by an automated voice message saying my details had been linked to fraudulent activities and that if I did not call them back my bank accounts would be frozen. I blocked the number on my phone and 1 day later I received a similar call from 02039174216. I have not been able to confirm this but it all seems to be a scam.

Company talking about government (i.e. taxpayer!) grants first called me ten months ago. Their website is www.esiscotland.co.uk/ Reported to TPS and ICO. Just had another call from this number today - ESI Scotland again. What are the TPS and ICO playing at? They should be hammering these lawbreakers. I will be asking qustions of the TPS and ICO.
