First Assist from York called today, Asked to speak to me (using my FULL NAME), asked who was calling! He said his name David and calling from First Direct and ringing about the injuries I received in the accident I had last year . . cut him short to ask him for his mothers phone number, he ask why. Told him so I could get my son to ring her up and tell her what a con merchant her son is. TOTAL SILENCE . . when to tried to speak again cut him off. Now blocked.

Number called twice, purporting to be from Caernarfon. Hangs up on answering. In my experience this is an auto-dial check to make sure that a real person answers the number. I will no doubt be getting calls from the Indian subcontinent, with the caller using redirect software to make the call appear to be coming from the UK. I had a call from this number today, i answered the phone but no one spoke and they hung up. I tried to ring the number but all i get is Access denied. I have call saint installed so this number will go onto my block list. A wonderful bit of tech is call saint will block your unwanted numbers, i must have block at least 30 number by now. I do not get may unwanted calls any more, just the odd one now and then. But then i just block them as well.
