I know that is fake as the line cut off so I got straight on to Virgin and they said everything is okay with your account

I have had a number of these calls from 07932 430057, then 07932 430068. I'm sure if you press 1 to be connected to someone you will be paying a fortune for the call. Just block it. If HMRC or the NCA want to get hold of you they won't be doing it with a random mobile number!!

You will either hear silence or a message asking if you are having problems with debt.
