"Steve" calling from EE, didn't sound legit, ended the call
Fraud - This number was provided in an email that was spoofing EBAY.
This was a scam number claiming to be from a restaurant I visited recently, they asked for card details before phoning back on a private number claiming to be from Santander.
Call originated from Russian federation, when answered no one spoke and hung up
