Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1618142xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with pensions, PPI, claims marketing, accident chasers... Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Guys did they call you with the same or something new? Never ending callers from Asian call centres wanting to speak to the owner of the business. When I answrred the call from the Aberdeen UK number and heard the chater in the background I actually pre-empted them by saying "Do you want to speak to the owner of the business?" He waited until i stopped talking and said "Hi There, can i speak to the owner of the business please?" FFS!!!
