From looking the number up and finding all these comments saying Vanquis - i called Vanquis up asking why a debt collecting agency is harrassing me when I paid off any money oweing last year and wrote a letter of cancellation LAST YEAR! I dont even have a valid in date credit card with them - how could I owe money?! They obviously havent closed my account! recorded womans voice saying that due to illegal activity my internet connection would be cut off in 24 hours and saying to press 1 to speak to their chief executive, which of course I did not. second call in less that an hour. There has not been any illegal activity on my internet connection and I am certain if there had been then my internet provider would have contacted me directly.
