Claiming to be Currys PC World. I have no idea if they are or not but the call started of silent while the auto dialer connected. When I asked them how could I be sure it was Currys they just kept repeating they were from Currys. They hung up in the end.

Insurance SPAM This number and very similar numbers have been calling me daily for a couple of weeks. I have missed the previous calls but answered today. A very well spoken man said he was calling from some company (I didn't catch the name) to do with my Scottish Widows life insurance. When I told him I don't have a policy he asked if I'd cancelled it and I told him I had and that I don't need life insurance. He immediately told me to have a good day and hung up. Answered 'phone immediately, but seller hung up. Not a clue who it was, or what it was about-I assume an automated random dialing that dropped the call, and should be reported as such. The other reports have left no comment, so I presume they had the same 'silent' treatment.

This call is from the Visa Debit Fraud pretending there is a pending transaction of £900 and to press one if this is not a transaction you recognise. I never pressed one, but I suspect if they did my bank details would have been requested. I checked with my bank there are no pending transactions
