called my husband on my mobile number claiming he had filled in a survey about the Brexit in the Metro. utter rubbish. Whoever is supplying them with their contact details got my and my husbands details mixed up. Hope they didn't pay too much for them. How do these people sleep at night???

Be aware, the line is for shared costs, DO NOT call them back. Very similar numbers are already reported with life insurance, PPI, pensions - mostly scam to gain your personal info. I would recommend to block this number. Does someone have possitive experi

Caller with English accent told me that my loft insulation was faulty and was causing condensation, but nothing to worry about. When asked he said he was from the UK Advisory Information Centre and they ran the Renewable Energy Database where my details had come from. When asked he said he was based in central London. I said central London was a big place and did he have a precise address at which point he terminated the call. The phone number was not recognised on a 1471. Obviously some scam to get

Unsolicited call telling you that under government legislation you could write of 75% of your debts and to hold to speak to someone who could assist you with this. Very annoying to get these calls, which are becoming quite frequent (a few times a week)

This line of numbers ( 01614646xxx) is mostly reported to be used for fake PPI telemarketing, so be aware... I can see at leat 4 numbers from the same range reported here with the same problem, people be really aware of this, if you pick it up double-check all info you provide them with...01614646170, 01614646171, ... all the same call centre.

BT SCAM

Called me today (28 April). "David" gave me the usual spiel about 'they have been receiving messages for the last two weeks from my computer that it is infected' (or somesuch). I gave them my usual reply about having to talk to my IT consultant, and could they give me a number to ring back. (At this point he rang off, as these jokers usually do.) Given collective knowledge about these people I have no hesitation in marking it 'dangerous'
