Had been so called valued customer over.15years and deal they offered was a digrace i even had 25% loyalty discount but was told sorry carnt use that against new handsets! So what am i supposed to use it for? unbelivable there so called retion deals are double what another provider offered me. Glad i got my pac code of them as im leaving! Cold call asking if I'd had an accident in the last 3 years. Didn't even have the correct name for me and hung up when I asked to be removed from their database.

I have a call from this number sometimes twice a day and do not recognise the number!!

Noone has my mobile number, and it nevers rings but today it did after i did apply for a new PAYG Sim Card for free from what i thought was genuine o2 web page advertising. If they are genuine and it s a courtesy call then fine, otherwise these could be scamartists trying to confirm your details by tricking you into surrending them online thinking its for a free sim card and cloning o2 s advertising website style. Be careful!

This number has tried numerous times to call my phone and i have answered it twice. The first time it was an indian sounding fella called "james" in a very noisy call centre wanting to speak to my wife and it was a welcome call as she had signed up to some website. I asked who was calling and he couldn t tell me because of data protection and i said data protection has got nothing to do with him telling me who the company was that was calling. He said that it did so i told him i thought he was full of s**t

Had a missed call from this number, 01224573601, and they left a message. Seemed to be requesting help with a failed transaction, asking for further help with his payment. Unsure if it was genuine or spam.

Welsh guy rang about an accident he knea my name told him I always getting calls like this on my mobile he then hung up. Bad enough getting nuisance calls without the caller being pig-ignorant
