Getting so fed up with calls from this number, and others including what appear as mobiles, telling me that my "home appliance insurance" with them has expired, or is about to expire, and asking for my bank details so that it can be renewed. Very strange that the company insuring me (they're not, of course) has no idea what appliances I have. Calls coming 2-4 times each day.

020 8144 3803 Windows computer virus scam. They (whoever 'they' are) have been using the same script for years. In fact, this number goes back a while. They con you into giving them access to your PC, plant a virus on it (supposedly) then charge you £100's to remove it. Just hang up & block the number.

I have no idea who this number belongs to as I am not willing to call it all I know is the person that fraudulently tried 3 different companies to take loans out of £5000 each application in my name with all my correct details bar my phone number this number was on all 3 applications I’ve had a hell of a day trying to stop this fraud and could possibly take upto a further 7 days as I have to prove who I am like wtf it’s in the hands of action fraud now no idea how they got my details

You are then played a recorded message that is designed to keep you on the line as the call is charged at over a £1 per minute. So you end up paying for the scam and your phone company probably won't help as you made the call willingly.

We have 2 phones sending 2051 sms. Both are Nokia C21 plus and appear to have been hacked or have malware in stock ROM. Other owners of this phone are reporting the same problem. Call center. I answered the call, although I was suspicious as I didn't recognize the number. I said hello, 5 or 6 times, there was a clicking on the line, then a foreign-sounding female voice finally said hello. I said "you took your time answering, didn't you" at which point the call was disconnected.
