My wife received numerous calls from this number, caller insisted they were from Vodafone. We told the caller that we were not interested and he got very very aggressive , and refused to delete my wifes details from their database After this I did some digging and found out the caller is actually calling from a company called Webhelp TSC. Another load of con artists using the phone to try and extort money from gullible people. In my eyes these deadbeats are only one step from criminal. Who in their right mind would do business or give bank details over the phone, and to a unknown voice at an office or house with no address? Claimed to be from Postcode lottery saying I’d won a discount card for supermarkets and that I’d also won a free flight to anywhere in the world. Passed call to her senior who wanted to “activate” the discount credit card and said needed to deposit £1.00 into my account to activate the account. Told her I knew she was scamming me for my bank details and hung up!
